1Payment policy
Paying the fees: the full tuition or training fee must be paid before the training programme begins.
Ways to pay: payments are accepted through the approved electronic channels on the website (credit cards, mada, bank transfer, or any other digital payment method the institute provides).
Payments are final: every payment is final, and the trainee may not ask for it to be changed or cancelled once it is complete, except under the institute's refund and cancellation policy below.
Fees and taxes: every price shown is in Saudi riyals and includes Value Added Tax (VAT).
Late payment: if payment is not completed by the date set, the institute may cancel the registration automatically without prior notice, and the trainee may not recover any amount paid in part.
Important: completing payment is a formal acknowledgement and final, irrevocable acceptance by the trainee or client of all the institute's terms, conditions and policies.
2Refund and cancellation policy
Because of the nature of training services and the institute's operating commitments, every request to cancel or for a refund is subject to the terms below.
3Cancelling before the programme starts
A request to cancel and recover the fee may be made within 48 hours of payment only, and the institute deducts 25% of the amount paid as an administrative and operating fee.
Once 48 hours have passed since payment, the participant may not cancel the registration or ask for any amount back.
4Withdrawing after the programme starts, or not attending (no-show)
No part of the fee, in full or in part, is refunded once the training programme has started, whatever the circumstances.
A trainee who does not attend, wholly or in part, is treated as absent without excuse, and the institute owes no money or compensation for it.
5A programme cancelled or postponed by the institute
If the institute cancels a training programme, the full amount paid is returned to the trainee with no deduction, within 14 working days of the cancellation.
6How to ask to cancel and for a refund
Where the conditions for a refund are met, the client follows these steps:
