Terms
The agreement between you and Enhance Training Institute when you use this platform.
Last changed
1Who this is between
These terms are between you and Enhance Training Institute, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They cover this website, your account, and any course you enrol in through it.
Where your employer enrols you, terms agreed with them may apply in addition to these.
2Your account
One account, one person. It is how attendance is taken, how work is marked and whose name goes on a certificate, so it cannot be shared and cannot be transferred.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, reset it, that signs out every other session.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract, or have a guardian who does so on your behalf.
3Places and batches
A place is on a specific batch of a specific course. Reserving a seat holds it for a stated number of days and is not a full enrolment; if the balance is not paid by then, the seat is released to the next person.
Seats are limited by the size of the room. Where a batch fills you can join its waiting list: when a place comes free it is offered to the next person, who has a stated time to take it before it moves on to the one after.
An organisation can book several places at once, pay by invoice, and name the attendees later. Each place belongs to the person named on it.
We may move a batch's dates, change where it is delivered, or cancel it outright, most often because too few people enrolled to run it. Where we do, we will tell you, and you will not be left out of pocket for a course that did not run.
4Fees, VAT and paying
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate: the price shown is the price you pay, and nothing is added at checkout. The invoice states the VAT separately, and every amount on it to two decimal places.
A price reduced by an offer says so, with the date the offer ends. It applies to bookings made by then.
Three ways to pay: in full, a deposit with the balance due by a stated date, or a seat reservation. An invoice is raised for each payment received.
Where an employer pays, the enrolment still belongs to the learner, and the invoice is raised to whoever is paying.
5Changing your mind, and refunds
To withdraw, transfer to a later batch, or ask about a refund, write to enhance@eti.sa. We will confirm in writing what applies to your enrolment before anything is charged or returned.
When a refund is possible, and how much, is set by the institute's payment and refund policy, published on this site under Payment and refunds.
Nothing on this page overrides a right you have under Saudi consumer protection law.
6In the classroom and on the platform
Attendance requirements and any pass mark are set out for each course, and a certificate is issued only when they are met. A certificate is a statement about you; it is not a receipt for a payment.
Course materials: slides, recordings, workbooks, assessments: remain the property of the institute or of the accrediting body, and are licensed to you for your own study. They may not be recorded, redistributed or used to teach others.
We may suspend an account being used to harass someone, to break into the platform, or to redistribute course materials.
7Events and webinars
Registering for an event is free unless its page says otherwise. If you can no longer come, the link in your confirmation gives your place to the next person waiting.
Where an event is recorded, its page says so before you register. The recording is for the people who registered, through their own link, for a limited time, and for their own use; the rule on course materials above applies to it.
8Recommendations
The "is this course right for me" check shows how well courses match what you told it. It is a guide worked out from your answers, not advice and not a promise that a course will suit you; an advisor can tell you more before you decide.
9Accreditation
Where a course is accredited, the accrediting body sets its own requirements and issues or endorses its own certificate. Meeting ours does not oblige them, and their decision is theirs.
10What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering the training you paid for, to the standard described. We cannot promise a particular grade, a particular certificate from a third-party body, or a particular outcome in your career.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
